Minimal wait times — if a wait is expected, we call you ahead of time
Same-day scheduling — call before noon and we make every reasonable effort to see you that day
Home or office visits — when your physician determines a visit is reasonably necessary and appropriate
Specialist coordination — he stays involved with the specialists treating you
24/7 physician access — a direct number, any hour, seven days a week
Messaging and video — through the medical records portal, where available
Non-urgent email — addressed in a timely manner by the physician or staff
Coverage during absence — a covering licensed provider when he is unavailable
